Parsley Dipping Oil/SpreadThis dip is amazing for when guests come over, for appetizers, or just as a side with baguette! It is surprisingly super easy and you will feel so much better knowing you made it instead of buying it at a store! So make it and try it out for yourself!
You will need::
3-4 cloves garlic
1 bunch parsley
First start off with pulsing lightly the garlic. Then add parsley in small amounts and pulse lightly as well.
This should be how your garlic and parsley look before the oil is added.
Optional:: Add crushed chili flakes for a nice spice touch!
Now you may put it in the fridge and once you are ready to eat it, just add some fresh parmesan, a few spoons olive oil, mix well, and serve! It tastes amazing with some baguette and as an appetizer! I enjoyed it with a nice light Greek salad and baguette! Enjoy!
