OOTD:: Boho Chic

Free People/Boho Chic Inspired

I feel as if summertime, you can get away with almost any trend! I went to a drive-in movie the other night and decided since I was going to be outdoors, why not do a free people inspired, boho chic outfit?  A long native skirt would be perfect for sitting, paired with a cropped jean jacket and tank, accessorized with my favorite, an elephant necklace, and finished off with loose natural looking curls and easy slip off sandals!

Try out a  bohemian look yourself and see if you like it!
Yayyy! Almost friday!!

What's to Eat?? Parsley Dipping Oil

Parsley Dipping Oil/Spread

This dip is amazing for when guests come over, for appetizers, or just as a side with baguette! It is surprisingly super easy and you will feel so much better knowing you made it instead of buying it at a store! So make it and try it out for yourself!

You will need::
3-4 cloves garlic
1 bunch parsley
Olive Oil
Food processor

First start off with pulsing lightly the garlic.  Then add parsley in small amounts and pulse lightly as well.

This should be how your garlic and parsley look before the oil is added.

Once all the parsley is in and it is all pulsed, add 1/2 cup of Olive Oil and pulse until it comes out to a smooth even mixture like shown below.

Optional:: Add crushed chili flakes for a nice spice touch!
Now you may put it in the fridge and once you are ready to eat it, just add some fresh  parmesan, a few spoons olive oil, mix well, and serve! It tastes amazing with some baguette and as an appetizer! I enjoyed it with a nice light Greek salad and baguette! Enjoy!
